Two packages

These are floors, not tiers with things stripped out. The number rises with pages and features, not by putting back what should have been there.

  1. Standard: from $2,450

Five pages, up to eight. Most are finished in 2–3 weeks.

    • Mobile layout
    • Written copy from your notes, your photos placed
    • A contact form to your inbox
    • Your Google Business Profile linked
    • Basic on-page SEO
    • A walkthrough call
  2. Full: from $3,400

A page for each service, plus the standard pages. Ten or more pages take 4–8 weeks.

    • Everything in Standard
    • An individual page for each service you offer
    • The standard pages as well
    • Mobile layout, form to your inbox, profile link and on-page SEO on the whole site

Monthly care plans

A site needs a place to live. All three plans are month to month, and every one cancels with 30 days' notice.

  1. Hosting only: $47 a month

Hosting, daily backups and the updates the site needs.

    No edits.

  2. Hosting and care: $97 a month

Everything in hosting only, plus up to two hours of small edits a month: replace an image, update text, remove or duplicate a section.

    No new pages.

  3. E-commerce store care: $147 a month

Hosting, backups, checkout and catalog checks, and a few edits a month.

    Required while checkout is live.

What changes the price

Four things move the number up from the floor. None of them is hidden; each is named on the call before the price is set.

  • More pages. Past eight, or a page for every service, is the Full package.
  • An online store. From $2,950, priced on a call once we know the product count.
  • Copy written from scratch. The floor assumes we write from your notes; a blank page costs more.
  • Photography. Your photos are placed at no extra cost; if the site needs photos you do not have, that is a separate job.

Local SEO and ads

Local SEO, from $500 a month. Google Business Profile work, listings cleanup so your name, address, phone and hours match everywhere, on-page work on the site, and a monthly report showing calls, form fills and profile views. Larger markets are quoted after a look at the competition. Month to month; cancel with 30 days' notice. We do not promise rankings. The local SEO page says what gets done each month. Google does not verify or endorse these services.

Google Ads and Facebook ads management. Priced on a call. There is no published price, because the budget and the towns differ for every business.

What you own, and leaving

You own the website and the domain. Not us, not the hosting company: you.

If you want to leave a monthly plan, give 30 days' notice. You get a zipped copy of the site and 30 days to move it before the next bill. Another designer can move it, or we move it for a one-time $147 fee once your new hosting is set up. There is no long-term contract.

Doing it yourself, or hiring a shop

A do-it-yourself builder costs less up front and is a fair choice if you have the evenings to spend on it. The trade is your time: writing the pages, finding the photos, making it work on a phone, and knowing what to do when the form stops sending.

A shop costs more and gives you back the evenings: pages written from your notes, a phone-first layout, a form that lands in your inbox, and someone to change the hours when they change. Whether that is worth $2,450 depends on what an hour of your time is worth.
