Clinch Mountain Exterior Cleaning
A pressure washing site with before-and-after pairs and a soft-wash page written to the rules.
View sample siteA site for a pressure washing company, built around before-and-after pairs and a form that asks for an address and a photo.
Pressure washing is bought on sight. Most customers have noticed the green on the north side of the house, the black streaks on the roof or the driveway gone dark, and want it clean before the pollen settles, before a party, before the house goes on the market or before the HOA writes again. Some want it every spring, and a site that never asks for the yearly wash leaves that work on the table. A few need it this week, for the listing photos.
What does it look like afterward? Before-and-after pairs of the same driveway from the same angle, labelled with the surface and the town. One honest pair does more than a paragraph about results.
What do you wash, and how? A plain list of surfaces: siding, brick, roof, driveway, deck, fence. And which ones get a low-pressure soft wash rather than the pressure washer, because the homeowner with vinyl siding, a cedar fence or an older roof is worried about etched concrete, stripped paint and water behind the siding. The page says what the method is and what the crew does to protect plants, outlets and windows. It does not promise the outcome.
How do I get a price without a visit? A form that asks for the address, the surfaces and a photo, and nothing else, with the phone a tap away. If you price from a photo or the address, the site says so; if there is a minimum, it says that too.
Do I need to be home? Usually not, and the page says what the homeowner does before wash day: cars moved, windows closed, pets inside. After that they check whether you work in their town.
A Standard site from $2,450 covers most washing companies: Home, a before-and-after page, a surfaces page, About, Service Areas and Contact. A company that wants to be found separately for roof cleaning, house washing and concrete fits a Full site from $3,400, with an individual page for each.
The before-and-after page uses your photos, side by side and labelled. Six good pairs make a page, and phone photos taken in daylight are fine. The surfaces page is written from your notes about what you wash, which surfaces get soft wash and what you do about plants and wash water, in your words and nothing more. The copy describes cleaning as removing algae, mildew and dirt, not treating or preventing them, because that wording can pull a washing company into rules written for another trade. The form asks for the address, the surfaces and a photo, and lands in your inbox. Your Google Business Profile is linked, and the service-area page names the towns you work in. Google does not verify or endorse these services.
We keep the claims on the page to what you can back up. Most five-page sites take 2–3 weeks; ten or more pages take 4–8 weeks. See pricing for what changes the number, or the sample website for the layout below.
